Course Objectives
The objective of this course is to give delegates a comprehensive understanding of the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) approach and how it can be applied to live programmes.

In addition delegates will work through case study based exercises, and will be fully prepared for the MSP® Advanced Practitioner exam.
Duration
This course takes place over three days. The Advanced Practitioner exam is taken during the afternoon of day three.
It is assumed that delegates will have a current copy of the MSP® manual; if that is not the case one can be provided at cover price.
