Course Objective
To give delegates a comprehensive knowledge of the use and techniques of the M_o_R® risk management method, as laid out in OGC’s guide Management of Risk: Guidance For Practitioners and how it can be applied.
Delegate Profile
Managers with full time responsibilities for the management of risk or charged with enhancing an organisation’s risk management culture. Delegates wishing to take and pass the M_o_R® Foundation and Practitioner exams are advised that consolidation and preparation work will be required during each evening of the course.
