Course Objective
The aim of this courses is to introduce the principles and practices required to “take the people with you” when managing business change.

- Understanding the role of culture as a capability that enables attainment of business goals
- Recognising the place of cultural change in a transformation initiative
- Examining the nature of culture, how it evolves and how it manifests itself
- Defining culture through understanding of the Primary Cultural Influencers
- Measuring and benchmarking organisational culture using a cultural audit
- Establishing a target (desired) culture based upon the achievement of goals and benefits
- Determining practical actions to shift the culture from the present to the desired state
- Understanding the value systems and beliefs of groups and individuals and how these create attitudes/mindsets that influence behaviours
- Transforming group and individual attitudes and behaviours
- Embedding cultural change actions within the overall transformation initiative

Underpinning the content of these courses will be PINACCA© (Principles in Applied Cultural Change & Alignment), which has been devised in order to augment Best Practice approaches and to provide a full set of guidance to those undertaking cultural change as part of a business transformation initiative. It embodies a series of processes, models and components, bound together by a proven framework of planning and control mechanisms that recognise the multifaceted nature of such change and the need for all activities to be managed in a coordinated manner, often over an extended period of time.
