Cultural Change Essentials & Professional

Course Objective

The aim of these courses is to provide a thorough understanding of the context of change generally and the actions required to “take the people with you” when making change.

Course Content

These courses cover the essential principles of cultural change, including an examination of some of the latest and most innovative guidance. They will consider the theoretical basis underlying these principles as well as their practical application. Topics covered will include:

PINACCA©

Underpinning the content of these courses will be PINACCA© (Principles in Applied Cultural Change & Alignment), which has been devised in order to augment Best Practice approaches and to provide a full set of guidance to those undertaking cultural change as part of a business transformation initiative. It embodies a series of processes, models and components, bound together by a proven framework of planning and control mechanisms that recognise the multifaceted nature of such change and the need for all activities to be managed in a coordinated manner, often over an extended period of time.

Delegate Profile

The courses will be useful for delegates working in a wide range of roles, including senior managers and public officers, Programme Directors/Managers and Business Change Managers. They will also be relevant to those involved in Organisational and/or Workforce Development, HR Managers and HR Business Partners/Coordinators, plus anyone seeking productivity and/or service delivery improvement through transformation initiatives.

Course Duration

The Essentials course is run over two days. The Professional course is run over three days and includes case study work that allows delegates to apply what they have learned to a real-life scenario.
